By using Frog Pools you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

Frog Pools is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Nothing in Frog Pools is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token, pool or transaction before you sign it.

Frog Pools never takes custody of your assets and never requests a seed phrase or private key. All on-chain actions are initiated and signed by your own wallet.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for the accuracy of any transaction you approve.

If you launch a token you are responsible for its metadata, disclosures and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

You may not use Frog Pools to imply that a creator token is a Robinhood security, equity, ETF or official Robinhood product, or to impersonate any person or project.

Frog Pools may hide a launch from its own discovery surfaces where metadata is misleading or impersonating. Hiding a launch does not alter, freeze or delete any on-chain asset, and the launch remains reachable at its direct page.

Frog Pools is an independent application built on Robinhood Chain. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc.
